Harris County Attorney Christian D. Menefee will join elected officials to make remarks regarding an application for a company to construct a rock and concrete crushing facility next to Harris Health’s Lyndon B. Johnson (LBJ) Hospital, which is a 215 licensed-bed acute care facility providing full medical services.
