End of an era: Burris Farm Market to close after decades of fruitful service Local landmark Burris Farm Market has announced their imminent closure in a Facebook post:
The Burris Family has been farming and running our business here since 1986. It has been a pleasure to service the local community for all these years. But it is time to move on. So, we are not opening up this year. We have enjoyed farming and providing fresh local fruits and vegetables for all these years. Also need to thank the customers that have shopped and supported us all these years.We still have our peaches that we should be harvesting in May, please look for us when that happens.
