A Sheffield business has been ordered to pay more than £10,000 after failing to provide "clean and suitable" toilet facilities.
The firm was fined £8,000 and ordered to pay £3,292 in costs at Sheffield Magistrates' Court on 24 January.Details of the prosecution were released by the HSE on Friday. The business, which is based on Holywell Road in Grimesthorpe, was first issued with an Improvement Notice following an inspection in June 2021.Hot and cold water was not available when inspectors visited the business
"There was no supply of clean, hot and cold water, no soap nor any toilet paper," a HSE spokesperson added.
