If you're making a big, external buying decision, I wouldn't be surprised to see a large increase in in-person meetings or interactions to help instill more trust. I think we’ll also begin to rely even more on recommendations, reviews and word of mouth, especially from people we actually know. However, human involvement will continue to be necessary for many jobs, as AI still hasn’t matched human judgment or emotion and, unfortunately, has human biases. So, there’s the question of whether AI will actually replace most jobs or just dramatically change what those jobs are. We may see some instances where the percentage of people working in a role may actually increase with AI, but the work they're doing may change.

To do this, you can establish new systems to review content quality before it goes public. Integrate customer feedback loops to ensure content effectively meets audience needs. This is what will set you apart, especially as consumer expectations rise.
