MANILA: Senator Imee Marcos warned that 25 areas in the country could be targets of a possible Chinese hypersonic missile attack due to the increase in Enhanced Defense Cooperation Agreement (Edca) sites and the brewing tensions in the West Philippine Sea.

KUALA LUMPUR: The government will retain full control of Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd , says Datuk Seri Amir Hamzah Azizan .

He said the Khazanah Nasional Bhd-Employees Provident Fund consortium will acquire the remaining 59% stake in MAHB owned by various investors."This means the consortium is not selling its stake but is buying MAHB shares instead."The government will continue to hold 'golden shares' in MAHB. Based on its rights as the golden shareholder, it has the authority to appoint the chairman and managing director of MAHB, both of whom must be Malaysian citizens," he said.
