Harriet (Hat) Jefferies, also known as The Gym Bird, has helped countless people with her gym challenges and racked up tens of thousands of followers online.

A personal trainer has said she cannot stop crying after confirming she intends to close the personal trainer business she started more than a decade ago.

Hat said: "I wanted to do a video or something really meaningful but I can't speak without crying so here goes...I've decided to close Gymbird for good. I know this is going to come as a shock for so many and I know it's so busy but I'm that chocker now with BABE and other businesses that I now need to just stop and focus on the things that I'm most passionate in and that are making me happiest. I love Gymbird. I am Gymbird. I will always be Gymbird.
