Metro Pacific Water Solutions , the newly-rebranded water and wastewater technology company, plans to acquire new technology to improve its wastewater treatment business.
“We are looking for new technologies that are more compact and suitable for the local market,” Pangilinan said. Since 1995, it has designed, built and operated over 600 projects. It offers a comprehensive range services, including design, engineering, construction, operation and maintenance of water and wastewater treatment facilities.
MPIC said the acquisition of MPWS solidifies the strategic importance of water and wastewater management within the group’s diverse portfolio, which spans vital sectors such as water, energy, toll roads, health and agriculture.
