Suzanne's husband Brad Simpson is also at the Bexar County Jail on similar charges with bonds set at a combined $3 million. If he manages to come up with the money needed to post bond, Cotter will have to surrender his passport and be under full GPS house arrest. His attorney called these conditions and the high bond amount stunning, something he's never seen in all his 30-plus years of practicing law for charges of this nature.
