A business in Wellington is 'going from strength to strength' as its owner prepares for the challenges of 2025.Last year was a big one for Jo Foster, who bought The Green Cove, an award-winning minimal waste eco-friendly refill shop in Wellington Market.“The aim of the business is to reduce single use plastic, help reduce impact on the environment and people save a bit of money by allowing them to buy just what they need.," Jo said.

The business stocks herbs, spices, seeds, sugar, nuts, coffee beans, loose tea, dried fruit, pulses, lentils, rice, pasta, flour and much more, including a gluten free range.“We also sell eco-friendly household goods such as washing up liquid, laundry liquid, fabric softener and personal hygiene products such as shampoo, conditioners, body wash and handwash."
