The Southlake location will be the food chain's fourth location in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The fine dining restaurant and steakhouse currently operates locations in Plano, Uptown Dallas and Fort Worth. They also operate two locations in Houston and one in Austin.
The Capital Grille serves dry-aged steaks, seafood and wines. The restaurant is known for offering guests a unique dining experience with luxurious interior and exterior designs. According to the restaurant website, the restaurant will also offer private dining for personal and business events, which includes a personal event coordinator, customized menu items, wine pairing guidance, complimentary valet and a full complement of media technology.
