Manouvring has begun. Privatisation is the goal. Less to do with renewables - more to do with transferring electricity generation to WMCapitalists - the multi-/transnationals.

It's been long overdue.

A fund to be looted again.The business group could use the money to make themselves and their employees less dependable on the erratic Eskom supply.
