Air Cargo Screening & Solutions LLC pleaded guilty June 7, 2022, to making materially false statements about the company's screening process of air cargo for explosives on commercial flights, the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Texas said in a news release Thursday.
At the hearing, the court said these screening procedures were instituted after the 9/11 attacks to increase the safety and security of passengers and air cargo.
