America once has been 1 advocate of free trade, globalism. In a complicated multipolar world with great differences of mentality, state of development and resources globalism doesn't work. It's good for big global corporations, banks and the rich but bad for American workers.

The real problem isn't China, Germany. It's the ill-fated 'post-industrial services economy' praised by Nobel Prize lauretes like Paul Krugman. The American industrial demise. The lack of a skilled work force, good education. The antiquated foot, pound, gallon, psi etc. system.
