Carnival ships may get temporarily banned from docking in the US after the company allegedly violated the terms of a $40 million settlement, according to a report

Carnival reportedly denied that it's appealed to the Coast Guard to change its settlement, saying instead that it was seeking clarification about a part of the settlement.
