"We wouldn't be surprised if there was no cut at all ," Mulberry said, adding, "I think in terms of the soft landing that the Fed has been trying to achieve, we're still very much on that glide path, it's just going to take a little bit longer, maybe a quarter or a quarter-and-a-half longer than the market is currently expecting.
