KUALA LUMPUR: The Employees Provident Fund does not receive any commission from insurance companies that offer i-Lindung packages, says the Deputy Finance Minister Lim Hui Ying.
"The government is always concerned about current issues faced by the M40 group, including the increasing cost of medical insurance with age. Responding to Chiew's original question, Lim said that 144,589 members have withdrawn from Akaun Sejahtera to purchase life insurance and critical illness insurance under the i-Lindung.
