The Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry , the country’s largest business organization, has bestowed Converge ICT Solutions Inc. CEO and Co-Founder Dennis Anthony Uy with the Country Movers Award, recognizing the significant impact he has made on the fixed broadband industry and the strides he has taken to usher in widescale digitalization in the country.

“Even before Converge was established, when I was building my cable network and ICT companies in Pampanga, my mind was set on leveraging technology to serve the needs of the Filipino people. Our entry into the fixed broadband market really challenged the giant telco companies as we offered the best and latest connectivity solution which is fiber internet, so that really broadened the access of more Filipinos to reliable and quality internet connectivity,” said Uy.

Converge ICT Solutions Inc. CEO and Co-Founder Dennis Anthony Uy was conferred the Country Movers Award by the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry . “We’re proud to name Converge as among the country’s influential movers, triggering a shift in digitalization and broadband adoption in the Philippines in the last few years. ICT is an important sector that we in the PCCI are closely monitoring as we push for businesses active in these sectors to thrive and contribute to overall development,” said PCCI President Mangio.
