The Department of Agriculture-Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources on Friday said the Supreme Court resolution allowing Mercidar Fishing Corporation to fish within municipal waters usually reserved for small fishers is “not yet final.”
In its resolution dated August 19, 2024, the High Court’s First Division has since denied DA-BFAR’s petition for certiorari contesting the Malabon RTC ruling.
