Starbucks Corp. said it is taking a stake in a digital technology company to speed up its offering of mobile ordering and payment options at its global stores to improve customer convenience.
The Seattle-based coffee giant is making an investment and securing a board seat in Brightloom, a company founded in 2015 under the earlier name eatsa, as it seeks to accelerate the adoption of technology by its stores around the world.
How about upping their recycling game! • Those single use items can be replaced by more innovated & environmentally friendly items!
Problem today is baristas can’t keep up with morning rush online orders + in store customers! With only 2 coffee makers, it’s taking 20+ minutes from time we get to store to time to pickup coffee, even if only 5-7 people inline man! Terrible. Baristas can’t keep up! Starbucks

All they really have to do is figure out how to maintain adequate inventory in their stores & they'd really be doing something for their customers.
