An Irishman who helped to manage a black market website for international crime gangs to buy drugs, has been caged for six years in New York.
It was created and run by American online crook Ross William Ulbricht under the pseudonym “Dread Pirate Roberts". Court documents said Davis was essentially the customer service representative who dealt with buyers’ queries.He was arrested and after a lengthy legal battle he was extradited to the US before being jailed on Thursday in a New York courtroom.

Nearly 95 percent of those sales were for illegal drugs."
“ Investigating disputes that arose between vendors and buyers, including reporting his findings to Ulbricht.There was also evidence that Davis acted as a disciplinarian and was policing the behaviour of users.
