The bazaar, that operates every Friday from 4pm to 9.30pm, capped entry at 150 people at a time with each person only allowed 30 minutes of shopping time.
Kepong Hawkers and Petty Traders Association vice-chairman Deric Teh said the bazaar received about 2,000 to 3,000 visitors on average. Teh thanked the United Point shopping centre management for agreeing to let the bazaar operate at the site. The association initiated the bazaar to help traders from the Batu, Kepong and Segambut parliamentary constituencies whose income was affected during the MCO.
