Under the Bill, the government wants to create a legal instrument to support a crisis intervention fund for COVID-19 and other such crises in the future. The minister said the reforms would be followed by the cessation rules for small businesses as well as the provision of incentive for mass transits, by reducing import duties and the levies for large tractors, buses and other motor vehicles.
