The market is made up of bets either way- long and short. So nothing new. Not sure what is the issue? The short got it wrong and long ruled the day this time. Unless there is manipulation, then regulators must act on evidence. 2008 occurred bcos Long went unchecked based on fraud

HOLD THE LINE!

Some may have unsavoury political leanings, and uncouth messaging, but they've opened the door to cooperative investing challgenging the barons of hedge funds (who do anything but hedge) and market makers

doesn’t exactly describe the situation well and lays most of the blame at the retail investors feet. They own A FRACTION of the company compared to big companies that are not only covering their shorts but also buying because they smell blood of the competition. Poor article 🥱🥱

I know almost nothing about stocks or wall street but I am sure that this is not the first time there's been a pump and dump of a stock. That being said, GameStop should be scared right now because once that snowball starts going downhill and people starts selling, they're done.

You’ll regret this tweet when we bring the stock market to its knees
