However, Omar Stphane, 38, and Koroma Soloman, 47, pleaded not guilty after the charges against them were read in English by a court interpreter before Judge Yang Zaimey Yang Ghazali. The offence was allegedly committed at a mosque in Section 19 here between early February, 2020, and March 9 this year, and framed under Section 420 of the Penal Code, which provides a jail term of not less than one year and not more than 10 years, with whipping and fine.
