Travel industry frustrated by lack of clarity on road map to reopening

Travel companies have expressed frustration after Boris Johnson held off from confirming a date for international travel to resume., while pubs and restaurants will be allowed to serve customers outdoors, in line with the previously announced roadmap for easing restrictions.

Why can't they figure out no one 'knows' how this is going to go for sure. If it was a sure thing that every person was going to be vaccinated, and by when, the type of planning they insist on could occur, but that's not going to happen due to a false def. of 'My Freedoms'.
