CLARY US PRESIDENT JOE Biden has committed to doubling US contributions towards a goal of mobilising $100 billion for countries hardest-hit by global warming.

More importantly he lied in his speech saying this was 'the first time the USA was not at war in 20 years'. Tell that to the people in Syria, Somalia, Yemen, Libya and Sudan to name but a few. His dementia is getting silly at this point.
