A rendering shows early plans for two Intel processor factories in Licking County, Ohio -- a $20 billion project on nearly 1,000 acres that is the largest single private-sector investment in Ohio history, according to state officials. The investment coup for central Ohio highlights deficiencies in Greater Cleveland's heavily siloed leadership structure, writes Brent Larkin in his column today.
