How about just 3? Like 1. BE an employee or client invited to the meeting. And 2. BE relevant to the meeting. 3. HIRE/INCLUDE no one but the best people for the job NO MATTER WHAT THEY LOOK LIKE. NO MATTER their ethnicity. looking diverse does NOT equal inclusion.
