More than 10 million square feet of warehouse space is being built in North Fort Worth.A new Fort Worth project hopes to blaze new trails in the industrial building market — if the name is any indication.San Antonio-based USAA Real Estate plans to build three warehouse and distribution buildings in the project on Mark IV Parkway, according to planning documents filed with the state.
The more than $42 million project is being designed by Alliance Architects and is expected to be completed in late 2023.
