I seem to be like a sunny-side-over egg whisperer, with the egg pretty much levitating over the pan. The results are delish and the toast is completely toasted evenly.
The pan provides an overall even cook. I use a good-ol’-fashion electric coil stovetop and the pan does a good job of distributing the heat throughout the entire surface. The lid is also convenient.
