So what happened fo kakpowership? Since DNG can't even balance their own books let's just go with thebpowerships and be done with this stage 2 rubbish.

Let me guess: the owners, some of whom we may know, are driving top of the range vehicles in this country today - and nothing will happen to them ... Am I right or am I right?
