The “soul” of the company was compromised when the compamy stopped selling serious coffee and focused on bizarre high-fructose corn syrup sweetened liquid dessert concoctions. The Peet’s DNA was lost.

It's fcking Starbucks. It has no soul. That was established with the unionization backlash. They got a bomb-ass pumpkin spice latte tho.

StarbucksCanada had lost all the soul. Closures, no variety blends, staff shortages, lesser products and severe management compromises.
