CaliberCos. closes on land lease for The Riverwalk Development mixed-use project near Talking Stick Resort - Phoenix Business Journal

A key area east of the Loop 101 freeway in Scottsdale near Talking Stick Resort & Casino is set to see major commercial development in the coming years.

planning mixed-use entertainment, retail, restaurants, hotels, event venues and immersive art attractions for Riverwalk. Brian Snider, Caliber's senior vice president of real estate, said Caliber invested around $45 million to acquire the land lease to develop on Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community land, which maintains ownership of the property.
