Some opposition parties in Parliament say they are not ruling out the possibility of heading to court to challenge the outcome of the Section 89 panel report vote.

President Cyril Ramaphosa speaking in the National Assembly.

. The Majority of MPs voted against the institution of a committee to investigate the possibility of the removal of President Cyril Ramaphosa from office.Opposition parties were not pleased that the vote did not go their way. Economic Freedom Fighters leader Julius Malema says his party is of the view that the only option available now for the opposition is to take the matter on judicial review.

The African Christian Democratic Party did not mince its words, saying it will now go to the court as a last resort. Party leader Kenneth Meshoe explains:

Let them go! In fact is better for all that they go and fail and Shut Up after. They are Spoilt Brats. Whenever things don’t go their way they never accept and move on. ANC has 230 out of 400. Why would it threaten to kill Holomisa nogal? We are taken for a Ride

Challenging a democratic process they are hallucinating

VOTERS WAITING SERVICE DELIVERY DAMAT,court courts their foot maan! Our country is hanging on nothing they are concentrating on courts damat!

Sore losers

Waste of time and resources.

But in a class society, the judiciary serves the interests of the dominant class, judges and the system aren't class neutral, Ramaphosa will be favored by the Judiciary, mark my words.

Will fail for three reasons; Speaker exercised her decision rationally (see UDM v Speaker 2017) for criteria to decide voting method; secondly, separation of powers doctrine, courts mustn’t intrude in other house unnecessarily; thirdly, there was no suppression of debate.

Let them run to court they'll come back disappointed as they are right now

This is ridiculous, they want the court to force the ANC MPs to vote with them, they will not win this one.

Numbers don't lie, the hard to swallow truth is that those some think secret ballot would've made a difference, but in my view the secret ballot would've exposed even their own members, not everyone believe in this concocted farlacy certain rogue individuals

But what else is expected from parliament except voting on their decisions ?

Madness

So these parties are advocating for judicial overreach?
