Diversity, inclusion and access are a big part of this current discussion. It's an ever-evolving part of your work, it seems, and needs constant work.It absolutely is. I started in the commercial banking space 20 years ago when people didn't look like me in my position and it was a big deal. I had my eye on wanting to be at that table and to lead a business.

So it's just an area that I think impacts businesses and impacts the industry sector that I specifically aligned to and then something that I'm passionate about as well.What are your thoughts heading into this new year and how the small business sector is doing coming out of a not quite post-Covid environment, but getting there. What are you hearing?The small business sector is interesting. It's certainly thriving this year.
