The land is expected to transferred by the end of the second quarter of 2024, at which time the Eau Claire Market shopping centre will be demolished. Such a missed opportunity. Most major cities have a market in their core that are a destination for tourists and locals. Granville Island in Vancouver, the Forks in Winnipeg, Burrough Market in London to name a few. Eau Claire has the same potential in my opinion.
