911 call about shooting on York Street came around 1:20 a.m., and a police operation is ongoingEmergency crews work a scene near the corner of York Street and King Edward Avenue at the edge of Ottawa's ByWard Market early Feb. 21, 2023.The man later died, and the homicide unit is investigating, police said. The victim has not been identified.
