All d rhetorics abt no more direct nego & only open tenders in New Govt is jz pure horses**t after all.

ginilah... apa pun education, health n defence of the nation shld be the top most priority. This MOE must be monitored closely as this dept has the tendency to make changes at very last minute. just look at 2019 form 3 batch. poor souls.
