Rebecca Northan, known as Canada’s queen of improvisational theatre, began her training at the Loose Moose Theatre under Johnstone. “I was 16 years old and remember seeing this man in the lobby in his oversized parka, big boots, all dressed in black. I thought he was the janitor. He was a genius but he was also the most unassuming person imaginable.
