A dog daycare business is looking for a new owner to take over after its founder announced plans to retire and relocate.
K9-Club operates from a fully soundproofed single-storey unit on the Old Mill Industrial Estate and includes an outdoor garden and on-site parking. The indoor facilities include a large agility room, open plan playroom and two chill-out rooms with dog beds and televisions.
The business is open from 7.30am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday, for 51 weeks of the year, and has a strong base of regular customers, with additional trade generated through word-of-mouth recommendations, social media advertising and comprehensive, modern website.
