A popular Glasgow pub is set to reopen under new management after a £220,000 transformation, with the 23 year-old owner 'really excited to get behind the bar'.

Camerons, formerly known as The Carnarvon, is set to open on St George's Road in Glasgow this Friday, September 8, following a major refurbishment.

The bar has been "completely transformed", whilst maintaining traditional characteristics. The refurbishment features brand new furniture and flooring throughout as well as a new bar area to allow for extra space. Outdoor seating is also available, as well as new lighting and signage to greet customers.

Camerons is set to open on September 8 at 7pm, kicking off with live music from local artist, Jamie Wallace.
