Pharmaceutical Investment Forum

In addition, a series of Pharmaceutical Investment Clinics will take place on 9 and 10 October following the forum. The investment clinics, an innovative business development approach, will enable the African Development Bank and partners to identify strategic regional champions and bankable pharmaceutical projects to fast-track the development of a strong investment pipeline. The PICs will include companies that meet 11 project eligibility and readiness criteria.

The African Development Bank is prioritizing the pharmaceutical industry sector for business development and investments. It plans to invest up to $3 billion in the sector through 2030.
