Better utilisation for increased profit.Identify and define information need requirements for BI projects.Develop, test, and implement data driven reports.Attend training as and when required.Develop own competencies required for daily functioning.Remain current on industry trends with respect to BI capabilities.Escalation of unresolved cases and possible clients’ complaints.
