The late painter and photographer's former home on Bond Street features four bedrooms, a private landscaped terrace, and an outdoor balcony.

Acclaimed artist and photographer Chuck Close lived and worked on Manhattan’s Bond Street for decades up until his passing in 2021 at the age of 81. Now, the late painter’s former Noho apartment is coming on the market for just shy of $8 million.

Soon to be listed with Emily Beare of Core NYC, the 2,478-square-foot loft occupies the entire ninth floor of the Deborah Berke-designed building at 48 Bond Street.
