Australian companies, including ANZ, Woodside, Commonwealth Bank, Westpac, Wesfarmers, BHP, and Rio Tinto, donated millions of dollars to the 'Yes' campaign for the Voice to Parliament referendum. However, despite receiving over $60 million in donations, the 'Yes' campaign suffered a significant defeat, highlighting that voters cannot be swayed by financial contributions.

Except to further their own diversity, equity and inclusion goals that now seem to make the corporate world go round. If I, and most people, invest in a corporation I have a lone goal – to make as much money as possible.But they, at least, bring me some joy and fun.
