Established in 2021, Ozen has had foodies buzzing about its bao buns and was even nominated the UK's Best Bao Buns by the Bao Bun Society.
He continued:"Glasgow has some fantastic food offerings but we’re here to take things to the next level. "That’s how we’ve grown such a loyal following of foodies in Edinburgh and we’re confident our moreish menu will win over Glasgow palates too."The Glasgow Times was lucky enough to try some of Ozen's new menu as it launched in the city on April 4.
