The survey revealed that 40.48 percent of those polled said they are “enhancing training with interactive, mobile learning platforms,” while 28.57 percent “integrate mobile payment options for speedier checkouts.” Authors of the survey report said these initiatives “reflect a keen investment in technology to enrich the shopping experience and operational efficiency.
Other findings include a priority for operations training , product knowledge , and leadership development . The report’s authors said an emphasis on operational excellence and knowledgeable leadership “is key to driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction.” The survey revealed that 26.83 percent of those polled said they plan to deploy mobile learning platforms, while 14.63 percent said they “are considering a customer experience app, showcasing a forward-thinking approach to empowering associates and streamlining operations.”The survey was conducted between March 26 and April 8 and resulted in responses from 86 senior executives.
