The founder of the first Australian company to adopt a four-day workweek three years ago has opened up about the hidden challenges it has created for her business, Inventium. Amantha Imber said the truth behind the idyllic-sounding arrangement is going unreported. Imber’s upper-management concerns are mirrored in a multitude of academic studies, Curtin University Employment Expert Julia Richardson told 7NEWS.com.au.
