The Manila Economic and Cultural Office announced on Sunday that Taiwanese companies are opening over 2,000 jobs for Filipino workers during the upcoming special one-day Job Fair and Career Expo in Isabela province on June 7.
“We intend to have a Metro Manila wide fair for Taiwan jobs probably before the end of the year,” Bello added. Notable companies like I-Mei Foods, a leading food processing and manufacturing firm, and SHPT Caretakers will be conducting online interviews and assessments of applicants. Participating agencies will perform a pre-screening of candidates before the actual job fair to streamline the process.
