Frisco-based Addus HomeCare is growing its footprint in Texas with the $350 million acquisition of a Georgia company.

Addus HomeCare Corp., which specializes in assisted care, is expected to add annual revenues of approximately $280 million with its acquisition of the personal care arm of Atlanta-based hospice group Gentiva.
